The mission of URBeloved ministries is to create a welcoming and inclusive process where individuals can deepen their spiritual practices, explore their connection with Divine Love, and cultivate their love for the Divine, other people, and all of God's creation. Teresa Burns is committed to providing a supportive presence that encourages personal faith development, the exploration of one's spirituality and grounding in the realization that URBeloved.
URBeloved ministries is dedicated to guiding persons on a transformative journey towards deepening their connection with Divine Love and recognizing how much they are beloved by God. Through spiritual formation and direction, Teresa Burns offers personalized experiences that nurture spiritual growth and enlightenment. Individual and group retreats provide sacred spaces for reflection, healing, and rejuvenation. Additionally, Teresa's engaging talks on faith topics inspire and empower individuals to deepen their connection with the Divine Beloved, themselves, and others.
Teresa Burns is a spiritual director, speaker, and retreat leader. She is an Associate with the Servants of Jesus, a small group of religious sisters in Michigan, and is on mission to live their charism of “living as Jesus lived, serving as Jesus served, and loving as Jesus loves.” As a spiritual director, speaker, and faith guide, Teresa invites people to notice the Presence of God within them and around them through “URBeloved ministries.” She desires that every person knows how much they are beloved by God.
Teresa has worked in Catholic parish faith formation ministries for over 40 years. She loves reading, connecting with God in nature, and engaging in praying with and learning through Scripture. She practices and invites others to explore the prayer of silence and strives to live as a contemplative in action.
