I am Teresa Burns, a spiritual director and faith guide who longs for every person to know how much URBeloved by Divine Love. My hope is that my writings and services will provide you with a gentle space for you to explore how much God loves you just as you are.

In my spiritual direction practice, I accompany people on their journey to notice the movements of the Holy Spirit in their hearts and lives. God, Divine Love, is always with us. God surrounds us with God's presence and dwells deep within us. Through the process of spiritual direction, participants are invited to explore how God is present with them in their joys and struggles, and how they might be responding to God's presence in their deepest self.

I have provided presentations on many topics, including

• Reflection with Lectio Divina (Divine Reading)

• The Spirituality of Mary, Mother of God

• The Prayer of Quiet

• Overshadowed by Love: A Reflection on the Annunciation (Luke 1:26-38)

I am also open to providing individual and group retreats either in person at a retreat location or virtually. Retreats offer us opportunities to get away and spend intentional time connecting with God in a deeper way.
